At Aesthetic Supplies Glasgow, we work hard to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly. Orders placed before 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday are normally processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time, at weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

We currently offer a range of delivery options within the UK. These include Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour delivery at £6, Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour delivery at £6.99, and Royal Mail Special Next Day Guaranteed by 1:00 pm at £15. Local same-day delivery is also available for customers in Glasgow and surrounding areas, with pricing starting from £10 for orders placed via WhatsApp. Customers may also choose to collect their orders free of charge from our premises at 58 Love Street, Paisley, PA3 2DY. Collection is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but orders must be confirmed in advance.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, all delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched. In cases where a parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist customers with raising a claim against the courier, but no refunds or replacements will be issued until the courier formally confirms the loss. Customers must inspect their parcels immediately upon delivery and report any damages within forty-eight hours, supplying photographic evidence of both the packaging and the affected products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for parcels lost or delayed as a result of incorrect or incomplete addresses being supplied. Similarly, if a delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery with the courier or collect the parcel from a depot. Refunds will not be issued for parcels that are returned to us as a result of missed deliveries. At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer international delivery.
